
FCCLA Club: Family Career & Community Leaders of America is a national organization for young men and women in Family & Consumer Sciences classes through grade 12. FCCLA is the only student organization with the family as its central focus. Our mission is to promote personal growth and leadership development through Family & Consumer Sciences education. Members develop skills for life through character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, and career preparation.

Our club will meet every other Wednesday afternoon from 2:15 until 4:00 P.M.
FCCLA State Competition will be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Dover, DE on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. Our students will be competing against other students in Middle Schools all across the state of Delaware. Some of the competition categories will be in Culinary Arts, Child Development, Money Management, Table Setting/Design, Career Development, etc.
Parents who would like to volunteer to chaperone some of our functions and/or help during our club activities would be warmly welcomed.
