The Technology Student  Association (TSA) is a group of students that are interested in completing projects above and beyond our Technology Education classes here at Shue-Medill.  Those students and their projects then compete against other middle school students from around the state in a spring competition held at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington, DE.

The day of competition (April 2012) is one where our students will meet other competitors from our district's middle schools and high schools.  They also get to meet, compete and match ideas from their peers in grades 6 to 8.  If you are interested in competing in 3 to 4 of the competitions, and you can make the meeting sessions on the following dates, please see Mr. Jefferson or Mr. McMeekin in the Tech Ed room near the Shue Gym.

The Technology Student Association (TSA) is an international group that promotes technology in schools around the world.  In the state of Delaware, there is a very active group of middle and high school students that participate as state officers, school ambassadors and competitors.  At Shue, our mission is to have our highly skilled technology student’s train, practice, and produce projects for state competitions.  The training, practicing and producing take place after school on Mondays and/or Thursdays.  Students can choose the competitions they want and begin preparing for competitions.  We will meet until 4:00pm on those days, with bus transportation provided.
