ELIZABETH M. O'HARE

ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL

Graduated from St. Peter’s HS for girls, went on to St. Francis College graduated w/ a BS in Physical Education; I started teaching at Eastern District HS where I served as teacher and Athletic Director. I continued my education by receiving my Master’s degree in Special Education from the College of Staten Island. Moved to Orlando Fl. where I taught PE for 1 year then moved into Dean for Special Education with the title of Behavior Specialist, then became Regular Ed dean for the next few years in both middle and HS. I received my Specialist degree in Administration from National Louis University. I came to DE in 2004 where I have been an Asst. Principal at Christiana HS and Shue-Medill MS where I currently serve under the guidance of Jason deJonghe. My hobbies include reading, spending time with friends and family and long walks on the beach.
